ABOUT THE CELLO SUITE
The Cello Suite offers individual cello lessons for learners of all ages (5 years and up). We aim to nurture a love for music and strong musical and technical skills in our musicians. We believe that a robust music education has the ability to develop life-long learners and achievers by equipping every cellist with excellent musical and personal skills to succeed and thrive.
Our approach focuses on building a strong foundation based on balanced posture and movement and is also inspired by the Suzuki method.

Ms Beverly is an amazing teacher! She has a personalized approach with Jordan and works at his pace (instead of the other way round) to inculcate a love for the cello and music overall, all with a smile that radiates through her mask :)
Given that he’s a young child, he has days when he is just not in the mood to learn, she is flexible and immediately changes to another activity that engages him and through that activity brings him back to the piece that she had planned to teach him. She celebrates progress, gently encouraging him to take on more. She’s always looking for new ways to keep her students engaged and makes learning fun.
The most amazing thing about her is that she attempts to answer the zillion questions that Jordan has without brushing them away. We love attending classes in her studio – it’s cozy and perfectly set up for parent-accompanied classes for kids his age. Thank you, Ms. Beverly, we look forward to continuing our cello journey with you. - Vinita, Jordan's (age 5) mum
